Neville James Home Reversion Plan - We say “YES”

Many companies offering Home Reversion Plans will only consider a limited range of property types and owner /occupier circumstances. However, Neville James has teamed up with Home Reversion Providers who, as well as looking to invest in the more traditional cases, are happy to consider investment in a much broader range of properties and circumstances than most mainstream product providers. We therefore offer two plans:

Neville James Opportunity Plan:

  • Minimum release of £20,000
  • Minimum value of property £80,000
  • Properties of owners from age 65
  • Properties in England and Wales considered
  • Ex-Local Authority properties considered
  • The Home Reversion Provider is a member of SHIP
  • Freehold or leasehold subject to minimum term remaining of 85 years
  • No administration or valuation fee (typically £95 contribution refundable on completion)

Neville James Alternative Plan:

  • No minimum release
  • No minimum property value
  • Properties of owners from age 65
  • Properties in Scotland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales considered
  • Long & Short leasehold properties
  • Properties with agricultural restrictions
  • Properties in shared ownership eg Housing Associations
  • Ex Local Authority properties
  • Apartments in converted properties
  • Non-standard construction
  • No administration or valuation fee (typically £95 contribution refundable on completion)

Whilst Neville James can arrange Home Reversion Plans for many types of property and circumstance, the Home Reversion Provider can only proceed where the surveyor who undertakes the property valuation indicates the property is acceptable. We are always happy to discuss individual properties and circumstances.
